For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes. WE NEVER DEAL IN SPAM.

Terms of Use Statement

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.

 Returns

You may return any unused merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and a 20% restocking charge.  This charge covers our costs for packing and fees occured from Paypal, Visa or Mastercard. We cannot accept items for return that have been used. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error. Once we receive a return from you  (with all of the proper information) and the product is inspected, we will credit your account and notify you.

Damaged or Lost Product Claims

Each package shipped and their contents are triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely.  However if this should not happen please contact us immediately with details of what condition the product is, what the packaging looks like etc.  We will then start a file and investigate with Fedex, USPS, UPS, or DHL. After receiving the claim, thebestdowncomforters.com, in most circumstances, will request that the damaged product be shipped back to its warehouse for inspection. After inspection, we will pursue a claim with Fedex, USPS, UPS, or DHL on behalf of our customer that Fedex USPS, UPS, or DHL,didn't deliver the product in a safe manner. If funds are returned to us from Fedex,  USPS, UPS, or DHL we will credit the customer's account for the product. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that Fedex, USPS, UPS, or DHL will accept our claim. As for a lost package the time frame can take anywhere from a month or longer.  Once the shipping company has confirmed the package is lost we will start a new order and have it shipped out at that time.  We DO NOT offer refunds due to another company's error, such as a lost package.

Taxes

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any duties (if any). 

Backorders

Thebestdowncomforters.com will always try to have all advertised comforters in stock that are on our web site.  When it does happen that a certain comforter is not available it will be noted on the item itself.  If by chance you order something that we are no longer able to get, or there will be an unusually long waiting time we will contact you immediately.
